Casino Royale another James Bond flick was actually strange but good at the same time! The new bond is more tough and violent than the previous Bonds. But all together the movie was good but perhaps prolonged a bit. Its definitely a must want on at HDTv with super great sound effects.

Best watching bond play poker.

Dark Knight

The Dark Knight was fine. I went to the midnight matinee and it was PACKED. I guess I was expecting to much but I liked it over all. The excellent acting of past Heath Ledger was superb.

Mamma Mia

Mamma Mia it was excellent! Ok I’m not a big musical fan really and the actors in the movie aren’t really singers but they pull it off. It was fun to watch and Meryl Streep was awesome. She actually looked and acted 20 years younger. I recommend watching

Mummy 3

Ok I loved all of the Mummy movies part 1 and 2! From the trailer it appears the movie has pumped in a lot more special effects. Not sure how I’m going to like that and especially the polar bears. We’ll have to see.

Elsa and Fred

I had the pleasure of seeing movie when it first came out in 2006 with Spanish subtitles and original language. Fred lost his wife recently and moved into a new house where he meets Elsa. Elsa has lots of surprises and teaches many things to Fred. They become friends and this friend and story may be in Spanish but it is a great romantic comedy. There is nothing like a good romantic comedy with older actors!

When Santa’s estranged daughter Mary learns that her typically jovial father has fallen too ill to finalize his Christmas plans for the year, she sets her sights on the North Pole and hatches a plan to update her father’s outdated system in this family friendly holiday comedy directed by Ron Underwood (City Slickers) and starring Jenny McCarthy, Kandyse McClure, and Michael Moriarty. Depressed that her ideas for the holidays were perpetually dismissed, Arctic entrepreneur Mary Clause (McCarthy) leaves her family behind in order to seek her fortune in New York City. Years later, Mary receives word that Father Christmas (George Wendt) is too ill to travel, and seizes the opportunity to finally give dad’s antiquarian system a complete overhaul. But in order to truly prove her mettle, Mary will not only have to reconcile her relationship with her father, but with her former boyfriend Luke (Ivan Sergei) as well. In the meantime, Mary’s current beau (Tobias Mehler) hatches a plan to turn his girl’s home into a tacky holiday mall and the elves panic at the thought of not having everything in place for the big night.

The former champ soon receives a much-needed shot at redemption, however, when he is recruited by a determined FBI agent named Rodriguez (George Lopez) to win a coveted spot in the upcoming underground table tennis tournament and ferret out the nefarious Feng (Christopher Walken), whose thriving criminal empire has transformed him into a true menace to society.

So Eddie hastily proposes to her, even though they’ve only been dating for six weeks. But the moment they exchange vows, Eddie starts to notice Lila’s rough edges and annoying habits, which had remained hidden underneath her perfect exterior. Their Cabo San Lucas honeymoon gets off to a rough start full of tuneless pop singalongs and surprising revelations about Lila’s job and her past. Things only get worse for a confused Eddie when he meets Miranda (Michelle Monaghan), a Midwesterner in Cabo for a family reunion — and starts to wish he’d held out just a little bit longer. The Heartbreak Kid is Peter and Bobby Farrelly’s remake of the 1972 Elaine May comedy of the same name, starring Charles Grodin.

In this third installment of the popular action comedy franchise, LAPD Detective James Carter (Chris Tucker) and Chief Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) book a flight for Europe and prepare to clean up the streets of Paris after discovering that Chinese triads have extended their criminal influence to the City of Lights. Chinese Ambassador Han (Tzi Ma) is in Los Angeles and about to reveal the details of a clandestine triad conspiracy to the World Criminal Court when an assassin takes aim and pulls the trigger. Though Carter has been demoted to directing traffic at the time of the shooting, Lee is acting as a bodyguard to Han when the bullets begin to fly. Lee quickly gives chase, but hesitates when he realizes that the gunman is Kenji (Hiroyuki Sanada), his old friend from the orphanage. When triads steal an envelope containing vital information regarding the conspiracy from Soo Yung’s (Zhang Jingchu) Chinatown kung fu studio, Carter and Chief Inspector Lee race to reach Genevieve (NoÃ©mie Lenoir), an underground entertainer who could prove the key to bagging the bad guys. During the course of their investigation, however, triads clash with the French police, threatening to turn the romance capitol of Europe into an explosive hotbed of crime and violence.

Viggo Mortensen, Naomi Watts, Armin Mueller-Stahl, and Vincent Cassel star in this David Cronenberg’s thriller concerning a London midwife who unwittingly stumbles into a clandestine Russian sex trafficking ring. An unidentified Russian teen has been rushed to a London hospital after going into labor. Though midwife Anna Khitrova (Watts) does manage to deliver a healthy baby girl, the newborn’s mother dies tragically during delivery. But the deceased mother’s secrets did not die with her, because she has left behind a diary. Determined to ensure the newborn is placed with her rightful family, Anna attempts to read the diary and discovers a business card for a local restaurant therein. Upon visiting the restaurant Anna is greeted by kindly owner Semyon (Mueller-Stahl), who generously offers to translate it for her. But Semyon is not what he appears to be, and before long Anna begins to fear that the child could be in great danger. Semyon admits to Anna that the diary contains information about his son Kirill (Cassell) that could land the volatile offspring in jail despite the fact that Kirill is at heart a good person. As the truth begins to unfold and Anna begins to believe that Kirill and his driver Nikolai (Mortensen) - an ambitious driver seeking to ascent the ranks of the notorious Russian mafia - mean the baby harm, an underworld storm begins to brew that could consume all involved.
